Limoncello
Wednesday, we started our first home batch of the delicious limoncello (thanks to my Uncle Paul's recipe). Here are some pics of the process.

I made lemon cello in early spring, so it was ready for Matthews birthday- but not for him ;-) Anyway, I squeezed the peeled lemons and made a batch of meyer-lemon ice cubes. The "meyer" part is just adding the juice from a couple of oranges with it. So my point is that it was really good and give the drink another dimension of flavor. Plus it looked cool! Let me know if you try it...
